Our verdict

HeadshotPro has the cleanest pricing of the headshot tools we have read: one-time packages, no subscription, and team credits that never expire. Its data terms are also clear that your selfies are deleted 30 days after your gallery is ready and not used to train generative models. The one thing to watch is the refund: the public guarantee says 30 days with no conditions, while the terms say 14 days and only if you have not downloaded anything.

Good fit if you…

  • Individuals who want to pay once with no subscription
  • Teams buying headshots for many people at volume rates
  • Buyers who want a stated no-training promise on their photos

Skip it if you…

  • You need a refund policy that reads the same everywhere
  • You want print-resolution files on the cheapest pack
  • You need a US-based contracting entity

The fine print, graded

Five questions, graded A (best for you) to E from Headshot Pro Photography Pte. Ltd.'s own pages. How grades work.

A

Pricing clarity · Are prices public and free of traps?

Individual packages are one-time USD payments of $29, $39 and $59, paid by card or PayPal, with no subscription to cancel. Team pricing is shown openly: $25.35 per shoot when buying 100 credits ($2,535), with automatic discounts from 20% at 5 credits up to 50% at 1,000 or more, and the page says discounts stack across lifetime purchases.

B

Cancel & refunds · Can you leave, and get money back?

The refund page promises a 30-day money-back guarantee with a complete refund and 'No conditions', self-serve for individual and team orders. The terms of service are stricter: a full refund within 14 days of purchase only if no AI photos were downloaded, at-cost refunds for teams that created 10 or more models, and all later purchases final after any earlier refund.

Source
B

Limits & credits · What is capped, and do credits expire?

Each pack has a fixed headshot count (30, 50 or 70) plus a set number of photo credits (6, 26 or 46), and the pricing page says every package includes one free redo within 60 days of the shoot. Team credits never expire. Whether individual packs ever expire is not stated clearly in the text we read.

B

Your data · Is your content used to train models?

The terms say input photos are deleted automatically 30 days after your gallery is generated, or sooner if you delete them, and that input photos and outputs will not be used to train HeadshotPro's or third-party generative models. Another clause still allows training its algorithms on data derived from your content, uploaded photos excluded. The privacy policy has no biometric section and gives 14 days to erase data after a confirmed request.

B

Output rights · Can you use what you make commercially?

HeadshotPro assigns you its rights in the AI headshots and licenses them for personal and commercial use. You grant it a broad, irrevocable license to host and display your content, but the terms say uploaded photos will not be used for marketing without your prior written consent. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.

User reviews · What do paying users report?

Trustpilot is the only platform we could read: 4.7 from 3,618 reviews, with 83% five-star. All of the 20 newest reviews carry Trustpilot's "Invited" tag, meaning HeadshotPro asked those customers to review, so the score leans on solicited feedback; with a single platform, our rule caps the grade at B. The negative reviews mostly say the headshots didn't look like the person, and the positive ones praise how easy and quick it is.

Recurring complaints

  • Headshots that don't look like the person: wrong skin tone, hair, face shape, or an older or thinner face
  • An artificial look in some images, such as plastic skin, odd symmetry or added moles
  • Edits and regenerations that fail or return near-identical results, with limited customization
  • Refunds that are slow or refused, and support that is hard to reach or slow to answer

What users like

  • A simple process, and the selfies you upload don't have to be expert-quality
  • Realistic, polished results that many reviewers say pass for a studio shoot
  • A wide range of backgrounds and outfits, delivered quickly

Ratings are the platforms' own figures on the date shown. Review sites attract unhappy customers and some vendors invite happy ones, so we average platforms instead of trusting one. How the user grade works.

What HeadshotPro is

HeadshotPro turns a set of your selfies into a gallery of studio-style business portraits. You buy a pack, upload photos, choose styles or let the service pick them, and download the results. There is no subscription for individuals: the three packs cost $29, $39 or $59 once.

Teams buy credits instead, where one credit equals one person's shoot of 40 headshots plus a retry. The company behind it is Headshot Pro Photography Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore, and you must be 18 or older to use it.

Two refund rules, and which one to trust

This is the clause that matters most. HeadshotPro's refund page, branded the Realism Guarantee, says every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, a complete refund, and in its own words no conditions. It even admits that most photos in a gallery will not be keepers, and points you to a self-serve refund page that it says usually processes within one business day.

The terms and conditions tell a different story. Section 4 offers a full refund within 14 days of purchase and only if you have not downloaded any AI-generated photos. Quality complaints get a partial or full refund at the company's discretion. Teams that generated 10 or more models get an at-cost refund, minus processing and generation costs. And once you have had one refund, every later purchase is final.

Our reading: the guarantee is the friendlier public promise, but the terms are the contract. If you are unhappy, request the refund within 14 days and before downloading, and you are covered under both documents. Keep a screenshot of the guarantee page in case you need it later.

What each pack actually limits

The packs differ on headshot count, speed and resolution rather than on hidden usage caps. Basic gives 30 headshots in about two hours; Professional gives 50 in about 30 minutes; Executive gives 70 in about 15 minutes and is the only one listed with 4K downloads and a choice of portrait or landscape framing. Each pack also includes a number of photo credits (6, 26 and 46), and the pricing page says every package comes with one free redo within 60 days.

For teams, the headline rate depends on volume. The $25.35 figure applies at 100 credits; the page advertises team pricing from $19.50, which matches the 50% discount it lists for 1,000 or more credits. Team credits never expire, which makes buying ahead for new hires less risky.

What happens to your selfies

The terms are specific here. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after your gallery is generated, and you can delete them sooner or ask for earlier deletion. The same section says your input photos and outputs will not be used to train or retrain HeadshotPro's generative models or third-party models.

There is a nuance. A separate license clause allows HeadshotPro to use data derived from your content, excluding uploaded photographs, to train its algorithms, and the terms mention de-identified telemetry for feature performance. The privacy policy itself is generic: it does not mention biometric or facial data and says confirmed deletion requests are handled within 14 days.

Ownership and the legal fine print

You own your AI headshots as between you and HeadshotPro, and the license covers commercial use, so they can go on a company site, a speaker page or a sales deck. The terms also promise no use of your uploaded photos for marketing without your written consent, which is a better position than some competitors take.

The legal setup is unusual: the terms name California law and Santa Clara County courts, while the arbitration clause says it is subject to Singapore law. Arbitration is individual, with no class actions, and you can opt out by letter within 30 days of accepting the terms.
